Our German team consists of c. 70 experienced real estate professionals in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich and is responsible for c. EUR 6.6 billion assets under management, with approx. EUR 2.8 billion in Germany.

Your responsibilities will mainly include...
- Responsible for the asset management of residential and commercial real estate, in particular office, logistics and / or retail
- Development and implementation of asset management initiatives
- Coordination of the asset strategy and measures together with the Head of Asset Management and fund management
- Control and documentation of the respective assets by creating and maintaining the respective asset business plans
- Improve the sustainability of properties in line with Savills IM's sustainability criteria and those of the individual funds
- Selection, management and control of external consultants and service providers
- Strategic contact person for internal and external stakeholders including the regular reporting and attendance of meetings Analyses of relevant real estate markets and verification of market rents and letting strategies
- A university or technical college studies degree with a focus on (real estate) economics or comparable real estate specialist education
- Up to 2-3 years of experience in proactive asset management, ideally with residential properties and markets
- Experience in the implementation of letting processes and the control of property management
- Self-motivated team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and management skills as well as confident appearance
- Experienced handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and Power Point
- Fluency in written and spoken German and a good command of the English language
- Responsibility for the asset management of residential and commercial real estate, in particular office, logistics and / or retail
