• You collaborate with Sales, Product Specialists, and Project Managers to refine and innovate sales processes, driving sustainable business growth
• You ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales data, providing real-time insights, and supporting data-driven decisions through precise forecasting and analysis
• Additionally, you develop and manage automation tools to enhance sales process efficiency and identify opportunities for automation across data management and reporting
• You lead Bid Management Review readiness, manage SAP projects, and validate commercial models to ensure a smooth handover from Sales to Global Services
• You also create and manage project repositories, checklists, and resource allocation, ensuring data integrity through comprehensive reporting
• You analyze new business requirements, drive operational transformation, and develop enablement materials to support process improvements
• You oversee compliance with aixigo processes and design strategic dashboards that facilitate informed decision-making
• You work closely with leaders across the Central DO&G unit and align with finance partners on financial reporting

• You are in the final stages of your studies or have a bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, data science or related fields
• Experience in a global Fin Tech environment or in project delivery is an advantage
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point and are preferably familiar with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
• You have strong analytical skills and a passion for deriving meaningful insights from data
• You are highly reliable, open-minded and enjoy working with diverse teams
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are able to simplify complex issues for different audiences and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• You are experienced in creating presentations, moderating virtual meetings and fostering collaboration
• You are skilled at documenting and mapping business processes with an eye for optimization, taking into account risks, controls and efficiency
