Associate Manager - Customer Fulfillment & Inventory Analysis

The Opportunity:
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships for a specified group of customers, serving as the first escalation point for service issues and running analytics for day-to-day operations.
What Your Impact Will Be:

• Training and coaching a team of Customer Fulfillment and Inventory Analysts in customer policies, tools and methods
• Building strategic customer relationships for a specified group of customers – especially when local language and cultural awareness are of key importance
• Strong oversight of inventory policies and fulfillment execution
• Coordinating with internal business partners to improve service while balancing cost and meeting agreed upon priorities
• Closely monitoring metrics and liaising with central Order Management team

What We’re Looking For:

• Several years of experience in Customer Fulfillment, delivering product to retailers of which a few should be as a Team Lead with strong inventory management background
• Practical experience in Supply Chain and/or corresponding academic education (Bachelor/Master) or certification (APICS)
• Fluent in German and English both written and verbal
• Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with excellent communication skills
• Experience of solving customers problems with tangible results
• Great organization skills and time management
• Experience of managing KPI’s & route cause analysis & initiating & driving accompanying improvement initiatives
• Ability to travel to customers and regional meetings
