Audi Global Graduate Program – Product Strategy Audi Ecosystem

Some of our main activities involve developing the strategy for Audi’s product portfolio, the integrated Cycle Plan as well as the early phase of our future car models. This involves, for instance, also the strategy regarding major modules in our driving and energy systems as well as connected car systems. The Audi Ecosystem is a strategic field of action, which is organized as a cross department project.
Our goal is to provide a fascinating and holistic customer experience through an evolving ecosystem in and around the Audi cars.

You will complete a first project within your target field “Audi Product Strategy”.
-
In course of the program you will work independently on up to four more projects in various divisions of the company, one of them at a VW Group brand abroad and another at another company of the VW Group in Germany. Throughout these assignments you will get to know process partners and interfaces for your future position.

In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g. assembly)

You will engage in various working groups within the AGGP Community
After completing the program, you will take on your position in the target field “Audi Product Strategy”.

University degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or similar required
-
Above-average academic performance
-
Experience in project management and strong strategic thinking.

Customer driven mindset
-
Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad
-
Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
-
Fluent English and German (at least B2)
