**About the Role:**
We are looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more.
- Operate coffee-making equipment and ensure its cleanliness and maintenance.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and provide excellent service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and ordering supplies.
- Educate customers on different coffee blends and brewing methods.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude and a passion for coffee.
