The Vista Print Organic Growth team specializes in developing and distributing world-class content to champion creativity and attract and engage new customers. Utilizing SEO-optimized content, page types, campaigns, and partnership strategies, we aim to become a trusted resource for small businesses, establishing Vista Print as the expert design and marketing partner for these customers.


What You Will Do:


As the Manager, Content you’ll be responsible for leading your team in developing and delivering our editorial content for the Vista Print blog and You Tube channel to drive organic traffic and customer goals. You will work closely with our Growth Team and external content strategist to ensure our content production aligns with our best opportunities to win search market share and manage and optimize localization workflows to support high-volume delivery for our global markets.


Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the Director, Organic Growth to understand commercial goals and priorities, organizing annual, quarterly, and monthly content calendars around these.
• Fostering a strategic partnership with our Growth Team to ensure the blog's editorial and on-page/technical development are aligned with the largest search opportunities.
• Manage workflow and delivery of our external content strategist, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
• Ensuring quality control, with robust editorial policies, processes, and guidelines and delivery of 20-25 US articles per month.
• Review and optimize our editorial localization workflows to increase volume to 5 articles per region minimum per month.
• Working closely with our Senior Manager, Campaigns, and outreach specialist to craft distributable media-worthy quarterly flagship content opportunities.
• Working closely with our Organic Search team on collaborative article opportunities aligned to their category goals.
• Collaborate with Growth and Dn A to provide monthly analyses and reports on the Vista Print blog and article performance.
• Monthly production and promotional budget management.
• Manage two direct reports: Content Marketing Manager and Content Writer.

Your Qualifications:

• 6+ years experience in content marketing with hands-on editorial and video experience
• Proven experience developing and executing content marketing strategies that have delivered traffic and revenue gains, ideally in a b2b e-commerce environment
• A comprehensive understanding of content, editorial, creative, and SEO principles and how to utilize these to build content strategies that deliver traffic and engagement.
• An authentic team player and sharp project manager who can bring together all kinds of teams and influence peers across the organization.
• A skilled project manager with experience engaging and managing work through product, engineering, and creative teams.
• Genuine enthusiasm and engagement with industry best practices and developments to ensure we always optimize for success.
• Comfortable wearing many hats both strategic and creative, ensuring data and results are at the heart of your decision making.
• Experience leading and developing a small team.
• Exemplary stakeholder management at all levels and functions.
