Kornit Digital, a leading-edge company that develops, manufactures, and markets state-of-the-art printing solutions for the textile, garment & apparel decorating industries is looking for a Controller based in Düsseldorf.
Position Overview:
As a Controller, you will provide strategic financial insights, support decision-making, and oversee financial planning and analysis activities to drive growth and efficiency. This role requires a highly analytical professional with a strong understanding of financial processes, who can collaborate effectively across departments to achieve business objectives.


Scope & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analyze key metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with business units to track financial results, and operational KPIs, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Monitor and report on key financial indicators, assessing risks and opportunities for business expansion.
• Conduct variance analysis, trend identification, and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
• Lead the development of analytical tools and dashboards for financial reporting and executive presentations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, standards, and policies.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, audits, and other regulatory reports.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement automation to enhance the financial planning and reporting process.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing financial insights to influence business strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel proficiency level including Automation tools is a must.
• 3+ years of relevant experience (financial controlling, corporate finance, financial reporting).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in a multinational corporation or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB) and US GAAP.
