What you will do:
  • Managing the controlling (project- and business controlling) of Eiffage Infra-Nordic AB
  • Budgeting and forecasting process, in accordance with timelines, together with our projects
  • Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with local GAAP and group policies
  • Review and controlling of all financial figures
  • Plan and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to support decision making and long-term planning
  • Collaborate with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Responsible for country relevant statistical returns and reports
  • Define and implement processes and strategies
  • Create and implement templates, guidelines and routines
  • support and assist with other tasks within the area of Commercial/Finance
What are we looking for?
  • Successfully completed studies at university in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar
  • Relevant experience in controlling, ideally experience in working with the controlling department of a foreign parent company
  • Good knowledge of relevant accounting systems, SAP FI CO, ideally S/4 Hana
  • Very good skills in MS Office and especially MS Excel
  • Disciplined and organized with the ability to manage and prioritize many tasks, always with a team player attitude
  • Positive attitude: approach work with enthusiasm and energy
  • Problem solving ability to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Get stuff done attitude: you are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting things done
  • Constant learner: actively seek new knowledge and skills
  • Convincing and strong communicative skills
  • Fluent in English and Swedish. English is our business language and so are all our reports.
