As a pioneering Saa S company established a decade ago, we are now in an exciting scale-up phase.As part of our expansion, it is now time for us to grow our team in Germany to handle our clients in this region. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in establishing our team culture and setting the direction for success. The team will consist of you as a Customer Success Manager plus two Sales Managers (one of which is already in place) and will initially be fully remote, with the possibility of establishing an office in Germany in the future. Even though you work remotely to begin with, your base is in Germany for you to be able to work closely with our clients in that region.
The role:
As a Customer Success Manager at Check Proof, you will be the key point of contact for our valued customers. You will focus on nurturing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them maximize the value of our product. Your role will involve driving additional sales by upselling and integrating our solutions more deeply into their operations. Through regular assessments and proactive support, you will work to prevent churn and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, you will educate customers on our system, provide on-site consultancy when needed, and be ready to travel as part of your role. Your key responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and continued use of our solutions.
- Assist customers in optimizing their use of Check Proof, ensuring they achieve their goals and extract maximum value from our product.
- Drive additional sales by upselling existing customers on add-ons, additional users, and system integrations.
- Conduct assessments of current customers to uncover new business opportunities and develop strategies to retain customers and reduce churn.
- Hold workshops and training sessions to introduce customers to Check Proof and its features.
- Experience from heavy industries
- Proficient with digital tools
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a bonus
- Experience in service or sales is a plus
- Experience in Hub Spot is a plus
