In your role as a Data Analytics Manager (m/f/d), you will lead a team of 4-5 embedded Data Analysts working on our core commercial & financial data models. You will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to set the priorities for your team, working with product & engineering to ensure that the right data is captured and collected, and ensuring the team delivers high quality data products.

Job Description

Hands-on management of our Data Analytics team supporting the Commercial & Finance business units, including performance management and professional development of the team.
Collaborate closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers and Engineers to build robust data products & analysis that influences Flink’s business & product strategy.
Ensure the team builds SQL models using dbt and Big Query and BI assets using Looker that follows centrally defined standards.
Work alongside our Data Platform team and with other Data Analytics leads to make complex data easily accessible for end users
Think creatively to find optimal solutions to our complex, often unstructured problems.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience managing mid-level & senior Data Analysts, preferably in a decentralized data environment.
You have exceptional SQL skills (preferably on Google Big Query or comparable) and experience in modeling tables with large and complex datasets using dbt or a similar tool;
Very good communication skills in English and can drill down complex technical topic to business stakeholders;
You are able to motivate and empower team members to lead and own complex projects with high impact on Flinks success
You have experience in data visualization tools like (Looker, Tableau or comparable);
