Data Entry Clerk | Germany (Frankfurt) | Temporary (Full-Time, 40 Hours)

The Church is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Purchasing team for a 3-month full time contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining Church supplier and category data in
our systems, to ensure precise classification of products and services.

  • Verifies and logs supplier data.
  • Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.
  • Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
  • Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Reviews data for errors, or missing information, and resolves any discrepancies.
  • Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system.
  • Completes additional assigned tasks as required.


  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have sound computer skills ideally MS Office Suite
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent
