We are a family dental office located near Great Mall in Milpitas, CA. We are looking for a full time highly motivated, hardworking applicant who has minimum one year dental office manager experience. Salary is based on Dental Experience.

• - Must be able to communicate effectively and kindly
• - Detail oriented, reliable, confident, able to give clear direction
• - Experience with Dentrix software
• - Excellent Customer Service Skills

Job Description:

• - Conduct morning huddles with staff
• - Billing/Collections
• - Treatment Planning and Presentation
• - Manage staff and patient scheduling
• - Keep an upbeat, positive and atmosphere in the office
• - Insurance Billing
