The Opportunity
This position works out of our Wiesbaden-Delkenheim Abbott Gmbh.

Primary Function
Improving occupational health and safety through various assignments, programs and projects.

Major Responsibilities

Initiates and arranges safety & health programs and projects
evaluates work place risk assessments
develops Computer Based Trainings on occupational health and safety
edits EHS Intranet
handles and documents accidents/incidents, develops and feeds departments databases
develops EHS information material, plans
arranges and gives external and internal trainings and workshops.
supports responsible employees for the Risk Assessment and for the preventive & corrective measures.
ensures the reporting of accidents and H&S performance to BG RCI and to Divisions/Corporate.

Education

Master chemistry (Industriemeister Chemie)
Laboratory technician (Bio- or Chemotechniker)
Bachelor, Technical engineer (FH, TU) or Master (preferably biology or chemistry)
Chemist or Biologist (Dr.

Background

Master chemistry (Industriemeister Chemie) - at least 6 years of work experience in similar industry or aquvalent experience (thereof at least one year with Abbott) - further education "Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
Laboratory technician (Bio- or Chemotechniker) - at least 5 years of work experience in similar industry or equivalent experience - further education "Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
Bachelor, Technical engineer (FH, TU) or Master (preferably biology or chemistry) - at least 4 years of work experience in similar industry or equivalent experience - further education "Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
Chemist or Biologist (Dr.) - At least 1 years of work experience in similar industry or aquvalent experience, - preferred with further education "Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
