Employee Execution & Logistics (m/f/d)

An opportunity is available for an Employee Execution & Logistics ex North/South America
Your Key Responsibilities
- Handling day to day execution tasks of grain commodities in bulk shipments on basis FOB to CIF/C&F with multiple destinations
- Checking/Matching terms and conditions of commercial contracts
- Taking care of daily correspondence/communication with clients and with our affiliates in origin and destinations to ensure smooth operations
- Execution of Letters of Credit
- Updating/monitoring position lists and statements of account
- Calculation of Laytimes
- Generating/Processing all relevant invoices and debit/credit notes
- System entries, managing boat accounts
- Processing/Matching accruals for month/quarter/year end closing
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of execution & logistics
- Good language skills in English as well as basic knowledge in German
- Good knowledge of contracts (GAFTA, NAEGA, ANEC etc.)
- Sound knowledge in software applications like Microsoft office
- Structured, swift and accurate way of working
- Sound communication skills as well as strong ability to work in a team
- Highly motivated
