About Our Client
Our client's company integrates the acquired e-commerce businesses into a share set of resources, optimizes the business operations and economics, and expands to new product lines and geographies.
About the Role
The ERP Developer will collaborate closely with our ERP Systems Manager, ERP consultants, and internal stakeholders. This role will report directly to the ERP Systems Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
-
Create integrations between Net Suite and external software and/or data systems.

Customize Net Suite functionality using Suite Script.

Import data to Net Suite from external systems.
-
Create reports and run analyses based on Net Suite data.
-
Manage permissions and overall administration of the Net Suite platform.

Support quality controls and ensure accuracy of data in Net Suite.
Basic Qualifications:
-
3+ years of experience in administration and development on Net Suite.
-
Understanding of Suite Script with the ability to write and understand basic Suite Script for customization.
-
Familiarity with Suite Script 2.0 and supported record types.
-
Proficiency in importing and exporting data using CSV files, including bank statements, transaction updates, and legacy data loads.
-
Skills in customizing Net Suite, including creating custom forms, fields, and records.
-
Ability to create and customize reports and dashboards using Suite Analytics.
-
Understanding of user roles and permissions to ensure data security.
-
Proficiency in navigating the Net Suite interface and using its various modules, such as Accounting, Inventory, and Order Management.

Understanding of basic financial processes, including managing orders, procurement, and inventory.
-
Skills in managing sales orders, purchase orders, and returns.
-
Proven success in communicating with users, technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements and troubleshoot issues.

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Advanced Suite Script for complex customizations.
-
Understanding of Suite Talk for web services integration.
-
Ability to use advanced features in Suite Analytics, such as calculated measures from pivot grids and exporting dataset definitions to Suite QL.

Knowledge of managing and using Suite Apps, including those for specific functions like quality management, warehouse management, and order management.

Skills in advanced financial processes like revenue recognition and fixed assets management.

Advanced understanding of supply chain operations and inventory management, including enhancements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Experience in managing e-commerce operations and integrating them with inventory and financial management.

Familiarity with Amazon or Seller Central and similar platforms.
