Location/Specific Information
We are seeking a new colleague to join our consumables and flash purification chromatography instruments team, supporting all of Europe with a focus on Germany and Austria. This role can be based anywhere in Europe, with a preference for candidates located in Germany.

As part of the team at Santai Science Inc., you’ll engage in meaningful work, helping dealers and customers find solutions to purification challenges. Your responsibilities will include customer instrument demonstrations, after sales support, training, and on-site lab technical sales support, supporting dealers and customers in their daily lab work.
Additionally, you’ll conduct technical sales and business development activities, attend conferences and trade shows, and manage European warehouse operations including the import and export logistics with our team. Your contributions will have real-world impact, and you’ll be supported in achieving your career goals with our 200 employees.

A Day in the Life
The role of Technical Sales and Business Development for the flash purification lines in the European market involves identifying potential opportunities to strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales revenue for Santai Science Inc. You will gauge dealer and customer interest in our products and communicate Santai Science Inc.’s value proposition, from sample to purification solution. This role requires close collaboration with key members of the technical sales and business team.
Drives Growth & Key Responsibilities

Supports technical sales efforts with existing customers and dealers while developing new markets and new dealer and customers to increase the revenue and the market shares.
Manages and elaborate business plans, strategies, tactics, sales funnel, and forecasts in collaboration with the sales teams. Works with key account managers and internal partners to forecast new and existing business and develop strategies to meet sales goals.
Uses Santai Science Inc.’s sales tools to efficiently manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts. Maintain and continuously update all necessary data and activity details in the company CRM.
Stays informed about competitor and industry activity and introduces new products and services as they become available.
