During your internship, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of Marriott and build the foundation for your professional future. With experienced colleagues by your side, you will get to know the various areas in F&B and can consolidate your knowledge from your studies.

  • You get to know the different areas of our F&B portfolio - whether breakfast, restaurant or event & banquet service
  • As a budding F&B professional, how important the feel-good factor of our guests is and create unforgettable moments together with your team through service at the highest level
  • You will learn how to deal with our guests in a professional manner and will be available to answer their questions and concerns
  • During your time you will also get a look behind the scenes of the F&B and get to know the interrelationships in the hotel even better
  • Dealing with guest complaints in a professional manner is also part of your training, where you will learn how to turn negative impressions into positive memories.


Be able.
  • You are currently enrolled in a university / college and would like to complete your internship with the largest hotel chain in the world
  • You are enthusiastic about the F&B department and want to pave the way for your professional future
  • You have a very good command of English, German is a plus
