This position reports to the Senior Finance Director Consumer CE and is based at Neuss, Germany.

What You Will Do
The Job Title is responsible for:

• Act as Finance Business Partner to the German Commercial Director and Leadership Team as well as the e Com CE team: be their co-pilot challenging business decisions from a finance point of view and balancing short-term profit needs with sustainable long-term growth.

• Be responsible for the financial steering, reporting and planning of the German commercial business and CE e Com busines.

• Provide Commercial Director and LT with relevant financial information, drivers of variance and insights into future impacts in order to allow forward-looking decision making.

• Oversee and steer the entire German Commercial and e Com P&L including NTS, Gross Margin, BME and SG&A.

• Provide detailed analysis on the Gross to Net (CIW) spending and profitability of products and customers.

• Provide finance leadership on ad hoc projects and perform financial evaluations for investment plans and business cases to achieve financial transparency and mitigation of risk.

• Ensure compliance with the Kenvue and local regulations and drive accountability throughout the organization.

• Support and coordinate Pw C and GAA audits for German Commercial business.

• Partner closely with Sales Operations, the CE Finance team and all relevant shared service teams.

• Back-up for the Alpine Finance Lead

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For

• University Degree in Business/Economics or similar (University/University of Applied Sciences) and proven career track record in Finance / Controlling (>10 years of service)

• Exceptional Finance Business Partnering skills including strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and eagerness to take initiative.

• Strong leadership skills – ability to influence business partners at all levels within the company and ensure financial priorities and constraints are clearly understood and adhered to.

• High levels of resilience – ability to work under time pressure and to deal with multiple priorities that require ongoing prioritization.

• Strong sense of engagement and motivation

• Superior technical & analytical skills – ability to quickly analyze complex financial problems, identify innovative solutions and explain these to a non-finance audience in an easy-to-understand way.

• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.

• Skilled use of MS Office (especially Excel).
