Finance Process Analyst (m/f/d)

Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Finance Process Analyst (m/w/d) in Germany.
Key responsibilities:
- Management of projects to improve transactional financial processes and systems, including planning, conception, monitoring, documentation and support of the technical implementation in the finance department and the international locations
- Definition, standardization and implementation of standards in finance globally
- Contact person for the smooth use of financial processes and applications, as well as driving digitalization and automation in finance
- Development of future-oriented ERP, planning, reporting, and analyses instruments in cooperation with the finance areas (accounting, taxes, controlling) and other departments
- Support organizational interactions, cross-departmental support for the Finance departments, in Accounting, Group Accounting, Tax, FP&A
- Conducting process analyses and documentation in the business process management standard in cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance or in a similar field
- Professional experience in finance processes, accounting processes
- Good background and experience in the logistics industry is essential
- Practical experience in financial month end close, preferably in a multi-national environment
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is plus, as well as in project- and change management
- Very good communication skills in English are required, German is highly desirable
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex issues, changing environments
