Your responsibilities

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Processing of expenses for a defined group of employees
• Bank transactions and reconciliations
• Preparation of cash flow forecasts
• Preparation of monthly forecasts and planning of annual financial statements
• Monthly preparation and coordination of time recording checks for project allocation
• Monthly preparation of month-end closing, including accruals and prepayments (calculation of percentage of completion)
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Intercompany reconciliations and reportings
• Monthly reporting to head office via Onestream
• Preparation for annual audits and support in annual budget planning
• Ad hoc analysis leading to monthly KPI tracking

Your profile

• Degree in Economics with a major in Finance, or similar. Qualifications
• + 3 years of professional experience as a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA) or in a comparable function
• High degree of reliability and ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized, adaptable and flexible
• Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
• Fluency in English
