The Role:

• Conduct inventory of customers` existing IT security solutions and workflows.
• Independently manage and implement customer projects related to IT security solution introduction, optimization, and migration.
• Approach work with a structured, careful, and results-oriented mindset, particularly in problem analysis and troubleshooting.
• Provide support to our sales team through pre-sales appointments.

Desired Skills:

• Skilled in conducting IST analyses, pinpointing bottlenecks, and formulating TARGET concepts.
• Demonstrates a friendly, personable, and engaging demeanor.
• Holds pertinent Fortinet certifications (NSE4, NSE5, NSE7) or possesses equivalent professional expertise with Fortinet solutions.
• Brings several years of professional and project experience working with other IT security manufacturers and is open to a career transition.
