Aufgaben

• As a Founders Associate at Sure In, you will tackle strategically significant initiatives within our dynamic entrepreneurial environment. Your role involves reporting directly to our founders, serving as a key strategic collaborator and sparring partner.
• You are the driving force behind the development and implementation of strategic projects, business development, finance, fundraising and more.
• Your will be responsible for our Business Case as well as investor reportings etc.
• You will work closely with our CEO and Commercial team on expansion and lead-gen projects.
• You have a hands-on attitude when it comes to identifying and implementing promising opportunities.
• As our key connector to current market trends, you play a pivotal role, contributing insightful ideas and analyses that significantly influence the overall decision-making process.

Qualifikation

• Experience of working in challenging environments - ideally in a fast-paced company - in a strategic role.
• Completed studies in business management, business administration, economics, or comparable.
• You are a do-er, an entrepreneur and you want to take responsibility in a high-paced environment.
• You have strong analytical skills paired with a hands-on mindset.
• You have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, focus on what's important and think independently about what's next.
• Excellency in using MS Office or G-Suite, specifically in Excel and Power Point.
• Fluency in German and English.
