[Location and Transportation (Head Office)]
Our office is just an easy eight-minute train ride from Düsseldorf Hbf to Erkrath, followed by a quick three-minute walk.
We maintain a smoke-free, relaxed environment with an "at-home" feel, where indoor shoes are required. We also have a casual dress code.
[Job Responsibilities]
- Provide e Mail support for customer inquiries (in English)
- General assistance with product planning (in English and/or Japanese)
- Game testing
- Handling of material deliveries and preparing products for shipment
- Perform basic image editing using Photoshop
- Managing Instagram posts and other PR-related tasks
- Communication with developers and other partners
[Application Qualifications]
- Passion for playing games (no knowledge of game programming required, all genres and eras welcome)
- Valid working visa for Germany (working holiday participants please consult)
- Practical experience in desk work using English and/or Japanese (business communication via text is essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDF, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop (experience with other free image editing software is also acceptable)
[Employment Conditions]
- Salary: Based on experience, with potential for raises
- On-site work only (no remote work, train transportation costs covered)
- Employment type: Full-time position after a six-month probation period, subject to interview
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 17.30, with weekends and public holidays off (following NRW state calendar); minimal overtime
- Benefits: Paid vacation, summer and winter holidays
