In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain key features of the customer portal, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and high performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior developers, playing a vital role in the team’s growth and success.

• Develop and maintain features for our customer portal, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

Basic Qualifications:

• Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
• Easy to work with.
• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with a solid track record of web applications.
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java).
• Strong understanding of database management (e.g., SQL, No SQL).
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, thriving in collaborative environments.
• Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and delivering results.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience in the remote access or software industry.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in a dynamic, scaling software company.
