General Manager (Germany) - m/f/d

YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As the General Manager you will have the overall responsibility for the performance and results of the German market and will focus on the overall market development, week to week management of the team and the long term planning for the continued success in Germany. This will include:
- Driving the market development plan focusing on opening up new cities, improving local regulations, and being the business representative to external stakeholders locally
- Owning profit and loss for the German market, continuing to develop the business plan and setting monthly, quarterly and yearly targets, continuously follow up on performance and communicate progress to the executive team, board of directors and the global organisation
- Supporting your direct reports and continuously work to develop a strong team and organisational culture
- Having the overall responsibility for budget, workforce-, resource- and succession planning for the German organisation
- Collaborate closely with the central teams and represent the German market in development of the global roadmap development
We are looking for a passionate and business minded leader, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation and work independently to drive progress and reach ambitious goals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In addition to being professionally fluent in German and English, we believe that the right person has:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years experience within business or operations management
- Experience as a people leader and successfully enabling growth for your direct reports
- Strong analytical- and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both in writing and speaking
- Ability to successfully build relationship and manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
