We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PMA (Pricing Management Assistant) Intern to join our team. This role is a crucial element in supporting our pricing activities, with a special emphasis on managing the Pricebook – our current pricing database used in the EMEA region, and eventually transitioning to the Global Database as well as handling daily country specific requests.

Job Description

• Pricing management in close collaboration with local and EMEA PMA team, i.e. price request and approval processes
• Ensure update and monitoring of regional governance with local teams
• Develop tools which can support price negotiations
• Conduct smaller projects individually
• Support the organization and management of internal project teams
• Prepare presentations
• Manage and analyze data and literature
• Support day-to-day business needs

Qualifications
Education

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Finance, Pharmacy, Health Economics or a related subject OR have completed Bachelor studies

Competencies

• Ability to understand and communicate well in English (verbal/written)
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills: Strong competencies in working with MS Excel and creating presentations with MS Power Point
• Good execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines
• Keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
• Ability to work with different people and teams
