For our location Office in Ulm, Germany we are looking for a dedicated GIS Expert to join our team.
What you will do:

• Carry out information and data research, particularly focusing on PV and BESS projects in Germany
• Collect, process, analyze, and present geospatial data to meet project requirements.
• Offer expert support in project development and management for all GIS and data science-related tasks
• Oversee the management and administration of geodata to ensure its accuracy and accessibility
• Identify and process geospatial information relevant to obtaining permits.

• Support project management and development by creating maps and project-related visualizations

Your profile

• Ideally, you have completed studies in geoinformatics, cartography, geography, surveying, or a related field. Equivalent experience and know-how are also valued.
• Ideally, you have at least 3 years of GIS experience in the development of renewable energy projects
• You work independently and are a self-starter with a keen interest in learning, establishing standards, and developing new tools.
• You possess strong knowledge in geoinformation management.
• You are proficient in Arc GIS and common EDP programs.
• Fluency in German and English.
