What you can expect in this role

• Shape the Brand’s Look & Feel: You’ll play a key role in building and refining our brand’s visual identity, ensuring everything we create feels fresh, modern, and distinctly marktguru
• Design for Real Impact: You'll work across digital campaigns, social media, print, and more. Your role will shape each project from start to finish, embedding storytelling into cohesive visuals that leave a lasting impression across platforms
• Brand Guardian: Ensure that our visuals feel connected and consistently represent our brand values across all touchpoints, from ad campaigns to product launches and beyond
• Collaborate & Create: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, and content teams. You'll be part of a highly collaborative environment where ideas are openly shared, and everyone's input is valued
• Support UI/UX Design: Support our UI/UX team in crafting thoughtful and engaging user interfaces by contributing to layouts and components, as well as intuitive wireframes, mockups, and user flows
• Bring Motion to Life (is a Plus): You'll have the opportunity to apply motion design and animation across various media, adding dynamic elements that enhance both the visual appeal and overall engagement of our brand

Your essential experience and education

• Creative Visionary: You have a natural talent for bringing ideas to life, turning them into designs that draw people in and keep them engaged
• Experienced Designer: With multiple years of graphic design experience, you’ve built a portfolio that showcases your ability to work across different mediums (and if you’ve got UI/UX projects, we’d love to see them!)
• Collaborative and Curious: You love brainstorming, sharing feedback, and exploring new ideas with a team that’s just as passionate as you are
• Proficient with Design Tools: You’re comfortable working with common design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, After Effects), and if you’ve got skills in Figma, Canva or Webflow, even better
• Bilingual: Fluent in both German and English, you’re able to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders seamlessly
• Always Growing: You’re not content with just mastering the basics—you stay up-to-date on design trends and are always eager to learn something new

The salary for this position ranges from €36,000 to €60,000 gross annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
