Be you.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor (m/f/d), you are a key member of our housekeeping team, working with your team to ensure our hotel is presented at its best. You are a perfectionist with an eye for detail and contribute to making sure our international guests have an unforgettable stay with us!
Your main responsibilities include:

Overseeing quality and standard control for our guest and VIP rooms
Managing daily work schedules for cleaning staff and their workflows
Ensuring cleanliness and order in rooms and public areas with your keen eye
Creating and monitoring repair orders, as well as managing lost and found items
Working closely with our management team and handling administrative tasks in the housekeeping office
Passing on your expertise to new colleagues and trainees during their onboarding

Be able.

Completed training in hotel management or first professional experience
Good German and English skills
A team player with a passion for the hospitality industry
