Job Overview:
HR Recruiter
This is a role dedicated to recruitment of team members to work in the most prestigious venues in Europe and other locations depending on the needs of the business. You will actively take responsibility for the successful recruitment, onboarding, and life cycle of our casual workers, right to work compliance checks, submission of contracts. You will need to be comfortable working independently on your own projects as well as being a team player.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring department managers to define the hiring criteria for each role.
• Preparation of job specifications, sourcing of candidates via job boards, social media, screening applications, conduct interviews, hire candidate, right to work checks and sending the employment contract.
• Managing the workforce database and compliance records.
• Processing all workforce administration.
• Produce recruitment reports for management.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years recruitment experience required.
• Be fluent in speaking, reading and writing in German on a professional level.
• Must have strong administration skills, including the use of Microsoft packages such as Excel.
• Be able to work in a high pressure environment.
