HR Solution Manager (m/f/d) Reporting & Analytics
We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
- Implementation and rollout of global HR Business solutions
- Manage and Success Factors & Power BI Reporting
- Extract and transform raw HR data into actionable insights
- Project management and interaction with HR Business Process Owners, Internal IT and external suppliers
- Communication with global HR community
- Expert level support for HR modules and processes
- SAP release management
- Knowledge transfer and training Solutions Support team
- Build and Managing Authorizations concept
- Work closely with internal IT experts

- Experience of at least 5 years in a multicultural team with cross-functional collaboration or similar function. Expert knowledge in one or more Success Factors module. Expertise in Success Factors reporting capabilities including Story reports as well as Microsoft Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree
- Process-oriented way of thinking and analytical way of working
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and a team player with cultural sensitivity
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art HR-IT tools, Project management and English skills
