Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to screening resumes and coordinating interviews. Learn about the strategies for attracting top talent in the competitive tech industry.

• 
  Employee Onboarding: Contribute to the onboarding process by assisting with orientation sessions, preparing materials, and ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.

• 
  HR Administration: Gain practical experience in HR documentation, maintaining personnel records, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.

• 
  Employee Engagement: Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee engagement, such as organizing events, surveys, and participating in the development of employee recognition programs.

• 
  Learning and Development: Contribute to the coordination of training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities for employees.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the HR function in a technology-driven company.
