• Title: IACS Registrar

SUMMARY
IACS registrars provide customer service and direction to the USAG Community members. Additionally, registrars must process access roster lists for individuals requiring access on-post for special occasions and other on-post functions. A registrar will also implement and understand all U.S. Army regulations about the IACS Project and work with the DES/PMO to ensure information and submissions are completed accurately.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Knowledge in customer service (minimum one year)
• Issue DBIDS Cards (Defense Biometric Identification System)
• Perform administrative duties
• Process access roster list
• Basic data entry

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma
• US citizen over 18 years old
• Pass a criminal background check
• Experience in customer service administration
• US ID card holder with base access and SOFA privileges
