Job Description
- Support with the architecture, design and implementation of the used IAM solution
- Connecting application systems, directory services and cloud services to the IAM tool landscape
- Participation in conceptual workshops for the further development of the IAM
- Technical contact person within the company for the topic of IAM
- Maintenance and expansion of the IAM systems, including corresponding documentation
Qualifications
- Possess a security-first mindset and adeptly navigate complex software architectures
- Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in identity and access management (IAM) areas such as authentication, authorization, etc
- Understand industry-standard security concepts and protocols like SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC, and RBAC
- Familiarity with information security frameworks, standards, and policies
- Extensive experience developing high-quality software in modern programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.)
- Experience with third-party IDP integrations
- Proficiency with IAM solutions (e.g., Auth0, Key Cloak, Okta, Omada)
- Show a keen interest in security topics
- Exhibit a passion for continuous improvement, technical and operational excellence
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German proficiency is a plus.
