Day-to-Day Duties in/near Union City…
Marketing & Sales:

• Foster & maintain relationships w/ referral partners.***
• Consultative sales. (home health care)***
• Promote our services within the community through education & collaboration.
• Pre-plan weekly marketing activities and follow-through.
• Network on a person-to-person level in the healthcare community.
• Attend job fairs, conferences, and other community outreach initiatives.
• Educate managed care organizations, networks, hospitals, doctors, assisted living & dialysis centers.

Recruitment:

• Recruit quality caregivers.
• Reach out to applicants & schedule interviews.
• Complete appropriate CA registry paperwork.
