We’re expanding our team and looking for an Integration Specialist – EDI to join our dynamic IT department. In this role, you will be instrumental in configuring, mapping, and managing EDI-based transactions within our Infor Cloud Suite Food & Beverage system. Your expertise will help drive seamless integration processes across our internal teams and partners, contributing directly to the efficiency and innovation of our multi-tenant environment.

How you will spend your time as our next Integration Specialist – EDI:

• Leading the functional development and continuous maintenance of EDI integrations within our Infor application stack.
  

• Translating business requirements into effective technical solutions, optimizing each integration from setup through to daily operations.
  

• Creating and maintaining both functional and technical design documentation for EDI interfaces.
  

• Overseeing and managing application integrations, including standard messages to ensure industry compliance.
  

• Collaborating with IT teams and external EDI providers for successful non-Infor-specific integrations.
  

• Guiding project coordination and delegating tasks within the team to ensure efficient, timely delivery.
  

• Supporting project management activities to meet key milestones and deliverables.
  

What we expect of you:

• At least 7 years of experience with Infor M3, Infor ION Framework, Infor Enterprise Collaborator (IEC/MEC), or Infor OS.
  

• Strong skills with Business Document Mapper and Mapping Manager, as well as XML-based integrations.
  

• Familiarity with EDI standards (e.g., EDIFACT) and experience with EDI Broker solutions.
  

• Proficiency in Java (ability to read Java programs) and Eclipse IDE Framework.
  

• Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and business processes like Order to Cash (O2C) and Source to Pay (S2P).
  

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to resolution.
  

• A strong command of spoken and written English is essential; German is a plus.
  

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-cultural, and geographically diverse environment.
