The department designs, implements, and operates procedures for credit risk analytics, cash liquidity management, the corporate FX hedging process and quantitative aspects of financial markets regulations. About the role

• You will collaborate in operating the credit and liquidity risk control function of the department.
• Improve the counterparty credit risk and liquidity risk methods and systems framework as appropriate and needed.
• Evaluate (complex) transactions – exposure & pricing wise; including suggestions to improve the risk / return relationship.
• Run Credit Risk reporting processes.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses.

Job requirements and experience

• Student preferably in the field of business administration, economics, mathematics or science (min. 4th semester) with focus on risk management, finance or related analytical topics.
• Programming affinity and experience.
• Strong communication skills and excellent command in spoken and written German and English.
• Independent, analytical and structured way of working.
• Distinct social competence, ability to work in a team as well as conflict management skills.

Advantageous, but not essential

• First practical experience in the energy industry or the financial management area.
• Preferably programming skills in Python and / or Power BI.
