This will be your tasks.

Installation, administration, maintenance and support of the virtualization environment (VMware) and the Windows server environment, Active Directory, firewall, storage systems, networks (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN etc.), routers and switches.
IT client management (computers, mobile devices, printers and standard software), including procurement, installation, operation, maintenance and administration of hardware and software.
Employee support in the analysis and elimination of faults that occur. (ERP, CRM, CAD and standard software) in direct contact with the users.
User training and implementation of new software solutions.
Support of the communication systems.

That you should bring with you.

You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or have a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you have professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility.
You have knowledge of network systems and IT security.
Experience with the administrative handling of ERP systems as well as in database administration (MS SQL Server, Oracle) is an advantage.
You have a very good command of English and can use it confidently.
