What you`ll do
The position requires analytical skills in combination with a genuine service-oriented approach including the ability to anticipate changes and present recommendations to Management. You will deal with large, multinational enterprises / providers in order to ensure services meet our requirements and expectations.

IT asset management for Germany
Attending on-site IT equipment inventories and audits
Contract management for managed IT services
Identification and management of technical and contract risks
Escalation management
Claim management
Use creative approaches to ensure strategic development of department specific strategy, execution and operational plans
Monitoring of specific goals (scope, quality, availability) and continuous enhancements and adoption to new requirements
Develop concepts for continuous improvements of processes and content
Provide program & project management support for department specific projects

What you bring

University Degree, in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable
Experience in dealing with large, multinational enterprises / providers
5-7 years of professional experience
Strategic and visionary thinking
Data Analyst Skills
Creativity in suggesting solutions
“Can-do” attitude, thinking outside of the box
In-depth skills in contract and asset management
Excellent interpersonal skills – communicating with others, problem solving and decision making
Ability to take ownership of assigned objectives set forth by management, even in situations with a high stress level
Prepared to travel in / out of the country
Fluent English and German language skills oral and written

Familiarity with Microsoft Enterprise architecture
Sound knowledge of communication / collaboration technologies and office network technologies
