i Move, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Junior Brand Manager Immunology in our Respiratory Team, you’ll support local Marketing team on Junior level with the planning and execution of multi-channel activities.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the development of sales argumentation and sales force material in German language.
• Interaction with Marketing agency for creation of material.
• Preparation of presentations for sales force.
• Monitor the sales activities and product performance on the market.
• Support the planning and conduction of congresses and continuing medical education events in cross-functional collaboration with the medical department.
• Operative support of daily routine (meeting preparation, interaction with agencies).

About you

Experience:

• Previous experience in Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in Pharma industry would be a strong asset.

Soft and technical skills:

• Ambition to quickly learn about relevant medical indications and products.
• Ability to give and prepare presentations.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Advanced communication and cooperation skills to work effectively in a wider cross-functional team.

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Marketing or related field.

Languages:

• Fluency in English and German language (German - minimum B1 level), higher level is preferable.
