At Douglas, we’re committed to leading the beauty industry in the digital age. As Junior Ecom Commercial Steering Manager (f/m/d), you will play a crucial role in the implementation of effective campaigns and always keeping an eye on our competitors

• Set up and Test Product Discounts: Use various tools to create and test product discounts, ensuring smooth execution.
• Weekly creation and communication of the marketing plan
• Competitor Monitoring: Conduct daily competitor analysis and prepare weekly reports for senior management.
• Reporting and Analysis: Develop reports, analyses, and presentations for partner campaigns to evaluate performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments, including IT, CRM, and Pricing, to ensure alignment.
• DACH Synergy Expansion: Support and enhance synergies within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

YOUR SKILLS

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, or related fields
• Experience in E-commerce, Marketing, or Sales is a plus
• Self-driven, structured approach with strong organizational skills
• Proven project management abilities
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in digital tools
• Experience with Adobe Analytics & Tableau is advantageous
• Fluent in German and English
