• Creating and improving methods and tools, and contribute to best practices in the area of applied statistical sciences/ marketing sciences.
• Consistency: Deliver consistent data in all countries (standardized methods and processes), align different data sources.
• Presenting statistics and methods expertise at conferences and workshops.
• Compliance: Transparent use of scientific methods & valid external sources for data calibration.
• Supporting research focused colleagues with data expertise.
• Troubleshooting & discussions with client service and clients about data quality issues.

• Master degree in statistics or related, reflecting strong modeling and other statistical skills.
• Knowledge in R, SPSS, or Python.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience with panel data is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
