As an Key Account Manager OEM for DACH and Nordics, your primary responsibility will be to establish and cultivate strong relationships with key accounts. This will involve maximizing profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction with these accounts
We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong financial and business skills, as well as a keen commercial awareness. What you’ll do

You’ll maintain and improve relations with existing, large key accounts, particularly those in the OEM sector

You will develop business with new targeted OEM-accounts through the design-in of our specialty lamps and drivers
-
You work autonomously, but you collaborate also efficiently with various international functions (product management, R&D, customer service desk) in order to serve your accounts best
-
Have an in-depth understanding of the customer strategy and define an account strategy that drives profitable high growth opportunities for Signify as well as operationally managing the execution

Responsible for developing and executing a Strategic Account Management vision/plan to enable profitable growth of Signify business with the account. Accountable for entire business with the named account, personally driving most important transactions.
Your qualifications
-
Master's and/or bachelor’s degree in business management, Economics, Technology or related discipline
-
You've a least 5 years of relevant sales experience in a B-to-B environment
-
3+ years of proven track record in key account management and consultative selling, and value-based selling principles.

Excellent command of German and English
-
Key account planning skills and focus on strategic relationships development
-
Commercial listening and questioning skills, ability to win the seat at the right customer table
-
Technical knowledge and experience in the electrical industry and lighting is a plus
