Position Overview

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will receive...

• $60,000 - $65000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $75,000 - $110,000/yr
• Base pay will be determined upon interview and work experience
• Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Train and manage team of sales and service staff
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Quality and Compliance control/double check

Requirements

• Able to commute to Alameda, CA
• Current California Property and Casualty License – Required
• 2+ years of active insurance service experience – preferred
• 2+ years of insurance team management - preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Able to learn computer functions
• Ability to work in a team environment
