Then join Gen Re’s Business School team as a Livestream & Video Producer (d/f/m) in our office in Cologne as soon as possible.
Your Role
- Defining requirements for live streaming and video-based learning solutions in collaboration with Gen Re training experts.
- Taking full ownership of video and live streaming productions from inception to implementation including graphic design and editing.
- Managing and servicing our inhouse studio.
- Developing compelling solutions for integrating video content and animations into web-based training.
- Overseeing the user management and advancements of our learning management system, with a focus on great customer service.
- Contributing expertise, intercultural competence, and project management skills to interdisciplinary projects.
- Assessing productions trends and technologies in the context of training and education.
- You’re an event technician or media designer, or you’ve completed a similar university degree / professional training that qualifies you as a professional media content creator.
- You have a creative mind and a talent for visuals.
- You bring in substantial experience in streaming and video production, and possibly in web-based training.
- Your forte is working under time pressure.
- You couple conceptual strength in media design with comprehensive knowledge of editing, camera operation, as well as light and sound design.
- You’re an expert in creating compelling audiovisual content using the New Tek Tricaster.
- You’re proficient in post-production, animation, and image editing, mastering the tools of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ideally, you have prior experience with learning management systems.
- You quickly adapt to new tasks, topics and responsibilities.
- You’re fluent in English and thrive as international project manager.
- You excel in teamwork and contribute to outstanding work results with your input.
