You support our team as

Logistics & Supply Member (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

Order entry and processing worldwide
Preparation of export documents according to worldwide export and customs regulations as well as import regulations in the respective export countries
Preparation of dangerous goods documents
Order tracking in close coordination with production, purchasing, shipping, forwarding and customers
Monitoring of export certificates, transports and documentation

Qualifications

Completed commercial training
Experience in the processing of export orders as well as the preparation of the necessary accompanying goods and customs documents
MS Office knowledge, experience with SAP (module: SD) and AEB Assist
Fluent in German and Business fluent in English (other foreign languages are an advantage)
Experience with hazardous goods transports desirable
Knowledge of customs / export control / exports
High degree of initiative and motivation
Ability to work in a team, openness and loyalty
