The Manager of Power Core Demand & Supply reports to the Senior Manager, Power Core, and is responsible for end-to-end management of our highest volume, long lifecycle core products. From building bottom-up forecasts, handing off a supply signal to our factories, to setting seasonal volume commitments, managing factory relationship, and monitoring vendor and logistics performance, you will work with partners across LS&Co to optimize fulfillment to the highest degree possible for all Power Core products.

About the Job

Improve end-to-end management of Power Core products to hit all supply chain and commercial KPIs, through collaboration with partners in Sourcing, Supply Management, Inventory Management and Planning
Orchestrate preseason activities, inclusive of product identification and agreement, factory capacity, and seasonal finished goods commitment
Manage biweekly bottoms-up Demand Forecast for Power Core products across all business channels (both Direct-to-Consumer and Wholesale)
Produce biweekly netted supply requirement and hand it off to factories
Coordinate factories communication and execution of Power Core business with Levi’s Sourcing leads
Oversee vendors’ production plan and shipping status to ensure in-full hand over
Coordinate in season shipment PO issuance for weekly PO release
Orchestrate bi-weekly meetings with factories to review forecast, necessary commercial insights, and in-month changes to demand projections
Track POs and supply signal to ensure seasonal finished goods commitments and sourcing mix targets are met, coordinating with Supply and Inventory Management teams
Coordinate with Logistics to track inbound shipments, monitor lateness, and ensure on time in full delivery to Distribution Centers
Monitor ongoing product performance through KPIs (e.g. Forecast Accuracy, Ship Risk), and measure performance relative to Power Core business case expectations
Identify opportunities to optimize Power Core performance (including Transportation Mode, sizing) and process improvement

About You

5+ years of related experience specifically in the Retail or Apparel Industry
3+ years of related experience in demand planning (supply planning is a bonus)
Mathematical and statistical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and use of advanced formulas

The expected starting salary range for this role is $77,300-$120,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
