WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Have a passion for marketing design? Want a role where you can unleash your creativity on everything from growth/performance marketing and communications design, to social media campaigns? Getsafe’s Creative Studio is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Designer to join our Marketing team to be an active partner to our Brand Designer, Copy Team and wider Getsafe Design team in bringing the Getsafe brand to life on our marketing and communications channels.
YOUR MISSION:
The Getsafe Creative Studio serves as the marketing heart of the Getsafe brand. We not only create the marketing campaigns that bring people to the easiest insurance they’ll ever have, but we provide creative support to the rest of the company. As Marketing Designer with the Studio, you’ll:
- Define what Marketing Design collaboration with Growth Marketing, CRM and Social Media looks like in order to optimise the Studio’s effort-to result ratio
- Contribute to creative concepting for Growth/Performance Marketing, CRM, and Social Media campaigns
- Provide creative and collaborative exchange with Brand Design and Product Design to ensure the Getsafe visual brand is up-to-date and consistent in its respective channels and innovate how our visual brand is expressed across the customer journey and experience
- Create engaging creative campaigns that speak to Getsafe’s core audiences in new and exciting ways and which have the performance/growth results to show for it
- Use data to benchmark and iterate on marketing and social media campaigns
- Bring 3+ years experience as marketing designer with an understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all creative work
- Have a portfolio demonstrating how you’ve helped brands to deliver stand-out design craft and skill, with strong examples of motion design work (ads/social media content), static ads, and email campaign graphics
- Proven experience in motion design and proficiency in After Effects or other motion design software
- Are team-driven and proficient in working in cross-functional teams
- Have strong communication skills and are able to articulate and communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders coming from different backgrounds, who may or may not not have a design background
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills
- Take ownership of projects and are present from concept through completion
- Possess a good understanding of the marketing funnel and best practices, with an emphasis on performance/growth marketing channels and CRM
- Know how to design effective communications for different audiences
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills which enable you to work on multiple projects in parallel
- Have a track record of using data to reposition/refine concepts and campaigns for performance
- Have strong design fundamentals – working with typography, composition, colour palettes is second nature
- Possess a keen eye for detail, but know what to deliver first in order to have an impact
- Are an experienced Figma and Adobe CC user, but are constantly experimenting to improve your craft
