• Content Management: Organise and maintain content libraries, ensuring easy access to resources for the team.
  

Social Media Management

• Engagement Monitoring: Actively monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms to foster a positive brand community.
  
• Content Resharing: Manage the resharing of relevant content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency.Optimise content for different platforms to broaden audience engagement.
  

Analytics and Reporting

• Performance Analysis: Conduct analysis of marketing performance metrics, using analytics tools to gather data on engagement and reach.
  
• Reporting: Compile detailed reports on marketing activities, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.
  

General Marketing Support

• Administrative Tasks: Manage marketing-related correspondence, maintain organised records, and handle miscellaneous administrative duties as required.
  
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from campaigns and community interactions to improve marketing strategies and initiatives.
  

Collaboration and Team Support

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and provide support for brand-related projects.
  
• External Relationships: Assist in managing relationships with external partners and collaborators to support marketing initiatives.
  

• Currently pursuing/completing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (English and German)
  
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
  
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
