- At the heart of our hotel, you will manage guest check-ins & check-outs
- You will be the contact person for our guests and address their concerns

- As an upsell expert, you will work with the team to achieve your goals
- As a team player, you will work closely with all departments of the hotel
- You are passionate about hospitality & your heart beats for the hotel industry

- A wrong order, special requests, or complex inquiries? You stay cool-headed!
- You have completed training as a hotel specialist or have experience in a similar position
- Your communicative nature sets you apart—both in German and English
